The terms for using Choose(Me).

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Choose(Me), including trychooseme.com, the Choose(Me) mobile app, subscriptions, related content, and future product features. For App Store review purposes, this page serves as Choose(Me)’s Terms of Use (EULA).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Choose(Me), creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Choose(Me) may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. The title, duration, price, and any applicable free trial terms for each subscription will be shown in the app before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase if you subscribe through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate disclosed in the app at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated by Apple.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by law.

Use of the Service

You may use Choose(Me) only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the website, app, platform, or services.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt performance, exploit bugs, or use the platform in a fraudulent, abusive, or harmful way.

No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Choose(Me) may provide motivational, organizational, reflective, or voice-based support tools, but it is not a medical device, therapist, crisis service, or substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, do not rely on Choose(Me). Contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account, subscription, or waitlist signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

User Content

If you submit voice notes, text, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Choose(Me) a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

The Choose(Me) website, app, branding, design, content, software, and related materials are owned by Choose(Me) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website or app may use third-party tools, payment processors, analytics providers, app stores, hosting providers, or AI and voice service providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimers

Choose(Me) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choose(Me) and its affiliates, founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, app, subscriptions, or services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, app, or future services at any time if we believe these terms have been violated or if access creates risk to Choose(Me), its users, or others.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
