Delete Account

Request deletion of your Choose(Me) account.

You can request deletion of your Choose(Me) account and associated in-app data at any time. If you are able to sign in, the fastest method is to delete your account inside the app. If you cannot sign in, you can email us and we will process the request manually.

How to Request Deletion

If you can still access your account:

  • open the Choose(Me) app;
  • sign in to the account you want deleted;
  • go to the account or settings area;
  • choose the delete account option and confirm.

If you cannot access the app or need help:

Email privacy@trychooseme.com from the email address associated with your account and include the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete:

  • your Choose(Me) authentication account;
  • your user profile and account settings;
  • your in-app day plans and related account sub-data;
  • account-linked code redemption records stored by Choose(Me);
  • your ability to sign in and access the deleted account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes, including:

  • basic deletion request records such as the email address used to make the request, request reason, and request timestamp;
  • limited subscription status information captured at the time of deletion;
  • records required to resolve disputes, chargebacks, abuse, or enforce our agreements;
  • billing and purchase records maintained by Apple, Google, or other payment platforms under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Choose(Me) account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
